Home Visits
If you are unable to attend the surgery due to severe illness or immobility, home visits can be arranged by contacting the surgery. Please call us before 10am to arrange a home visit. Home visits may incur a private fee.
Booking
Book online 24/7 through HotDoc, our trusted booking platform. Standard consultations are 20 minutes. For complex or multiple concerns, please request a long consultation so we can give your health the time it deserves.
Consultation fees & pricing
Due to current financial pressures, we are offering bulk billing for standard consultations for children under 15 (excluding Saturdays).
*Discount fees: all health care card holder or pensioners under the age of 67)

Saturday Fees
All visits on Saturdays incur an out of pocket fee, including for patients holding a pension or health care card and children.
Specality Services
Treatment room services and minor procedures may incur an out-of-pocket cost. This will be discussed with you before the procedure. Please talk to our team for further clarification before your procedure.
*We understand that sometimes appointments cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us within reasonable to rebook. No show without cancellation or cancellation within 2 hours of the consult will attract a $50 fee for standard consult, and $70 fee for long consult.
