To ensure we have enough time to provide a thoroughly comprehensive consultation, we ask that our patients book appointments to see thier doctors wherever possible. You can book online at any time, or you can call to speak with our friendly staff during business hours. Walk-in appointment are sometimes available, but we prefer to reserve these for emergencies situations. If you require an emergency appointment but are unable to make an online appointment due to lack of availability, please call us on 9397 7300 and one of our medical receptionists will do their best to fit you in or refer you to a suitable alternative.
If you are unable to attend the surgery due to severe illness or immobility, home visits can be arranged by contacting the surgery. Please call us before 10am to arrange a home visit. Home visits may incur a private fee.
As a general rule, you may request a repeat prescription only appointment, offered as a Face to Face appointment to eligible patients. If you have a chronic medical condition requiring medication, we strongly recommend you see your doctor at regular intervals for check-ups.

Fees & Billing
Standard consult: $91.50($43.90rebate)
Long consult: $180 ($84.90rebate), applicable to all patients regardless of the age or concession cards.
Due to current financial pressures, we are offering bulk billing for standard consultations for children under 15 (excluding Saturdays).
Discount fees: all health care card holder or pensioners under the age of 67)
Standard discount Consult: $75.30($43.90rebate)
Long discount consult: $130 ($84.90rebate)
Skin cancer check: $120 for short consult (1-2 lesions), $200 for long consult (head to toe check), please be aware private fees apply to everyone, including pensioners and concession card holders.
Saturday fees: $99.95 for standard consults and $200 for long consults. All visits on Saturdays incur an out of pocket fee, including for patients holding a pension or health care card and children.
Treatment room services and minor procedures may incur an out-of-pocket cost. This will be discussed with you before the procedure. Please talk to our team for further clarification before your procedure.
Medicinal Cannabis consultations: First appointment is a long consult and any following appointment is a standard consult. Please be aware that fees apply to all consultations.
*We understand that sometimes appointments cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us within reasonable to rebook. No show without cancellation or cancellation within 2 hours of the consult will attract a $50 fee for standard consult, and $70 fee for long consult.
