Dr Shnedha Nagpal is a calm, empathetic, and highly regarded general practitioner with a deep commitment to patient-centred care. She brings warmth, intelligence, and meticulous attention to every consultation, and believes wholeheartedly in building genuine, long-term relationships with her patients.
Shnedha completed her medical degree at Monash University in 2012, followed by her resident years at Eastern Health. Passionate about general practice, she undertook her fellowship training in Albury, where she developed her skills across a broad and diverse patient population.
Shnedha holds a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG) and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

- Women's health, including shared antenatal care for low-risk pregnancies
- Sexual and reproductive health
- Mental health
- Travel medicine
- Chronic disease management
- Lifestyle medicine and preventative care
- Medical termination of pregnancy
Outside of medicine, Shnedha enjoys Pilates, nature walks, travelling, and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant culinary culture. She is deeply passionate about Elwood and the surrounding community, and is committed to providing the kind of long-term, relationship-based care that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives.
